Birthday Card " For the love of crafting " (DT Post)

Hello Friends , 
This is my second post as a design team member of " For the love of crafting " 
We were suppose to work on a recipe given by Anita Di .


 Recipe Challenge

Use the following ingredients to cook oops!!! craft your project.

1. Use a Bow-it can be any sort of bow with ribbon, twine or any material of your choice.

2. Use some stamping on your project. It can be any stamping type-either on your back ground or in corners etc. the choice is yours.

3. Use either a sentiment or a flower or both. The sentiment can be stamped or hand written but this is a seperate ingredient and does not coincide with the above ingredient.

I have created my favourite style vintage card , Its a Birthday card for a friend's dad . 

Stamps used are Tim Holtz for image . 

Martha Stewart for Background

and Fiskars for Sentiment

The flowers are inspired by Juhi's Tutorial .

I have made this card  .. 

when it comes to spring colors I really have a hard time . I takes a lot of time for me to coordinate bright colors ..

Hello Friends ,
This is my post For the love of Crafting DT Call . My friend Kavitha has started a new blog dedicated to challenges and techniques .
Kavitha is a very avid Card Maker and one of those whose blog really inspired me in my initial days .
I use to wait for her posts to show .
If I am mentioning Kavitha as my inspiration  .. I should also mention Spardha ( Her blog inspired me to start a  my own blog ) , Tejal , Anita , Karuna .. these were my crafting Inspirations when I had entered this Blog Land . The very first crafting page on facebook which I ever saw was Karuna's  .
I am really excited about this DT call as working with her will certainly be joyful .
