May Arts New Release Blog Hop

Hello Friends ,
Welcome to the May Arts New Release Blog Hop.
Its March again and that means time for some amazing Spring/ Summer  releases.
This year MayArts has come up with a very versatile range of new products. You will be in total awe of these amazing ribbons and trims. We have amazing trims for all genres of industry.
I was assigned to do something great with our  Floral Addhesive Rosettes A487-58 series.
With this trim - believe me it was love at first sight. Rosettes have always been my favourite as they are super shabby to use and by now all of you know that I am shabby chic fan.
For my first project I decided to embellish a box in shabby chic style as I really want to focus on the soft and feminine side of this fabulous trim.
I layered it up with some embellishment and flowers with some HunkyDory Antique Chic Papers.

For my second project , I really wanted to focus an simplicity and yet elegant aspect of this Ribbon . I quickly connected these to my Rhinestones Connectors and made a Head Gear out of it. It is super pretty  and looks very sophisticated at the same time.
I hope you all enjoyed my ways of this beautiful ribbon.
Now on to the exciting part
The beautiful Ribbon lady will be giving away three spools of New Release Ribbons. YAY !!! (CLAP CLAP)
Incase you have missed the start , here is the lineup

See you all next time.

May Arts Ribbon / Faber Castle Blog Hop

Hello Everyone,
Welcome to May Arts and Faber Castell blog hop. This blog hop is filled with loads of fun inspirational projects and Prizes.
For this blog hop I have created a shabby Mixed Media canvas using our amazing ribbons and the fabulous effect by gelatos from Faber Castell. I have also given alot of texture using spackle. The effect of spackle is better than any of the modelling paste I have ever used.
I really enjoyed making this project and working with different mediums.

Leave comments along the way for a chance to win a $50 prize pack of Faber Castell goodies and 3 rolls of May Arts Ribbon of your choice!
Here is the lineup incase you have missed anything
