You will need –

Cardstock  ( 8 by 11 inches )

Ribbon Strand / Jute

Patterned paper -  ( 3 ¾ by 4 ¼ inches )

Decorative embellishments

Step 1 –

Take a piece of cardstock 8 by 11 inches  and score it at  4 ½  and 6 ½ inches as shown in the picture below with the longer  side at the top of your score board.

Step 2 -

Turn the cardstock  so that the small edge is at the top of the score board and score it at 2 and 6 inches as shown below in the picture .

Step 3 –

Now score are 2 inches and 8 ½ inches to the first score line . Turn the cardstock by 90 degree and repeat the step .

Step 4 –

Cut away the marked sections .

Step 5 –

You will get something like this .

Step 6 –

Now make tabs as shown below in the picture . 

Step 7 –

Stick the tabs to make a box like structure .

Step 8 –

Apply patterned paper  (3 ¾ by 4 ¼ inches ).

Step 9 –

Snap an eyelet and attach a ribbon strand or jute

Step 10 –

Now decorate it the way you want !
