Christmas Crafting with ribbons - Gift Wrap

Hello Friends , Welcome to the May Arts Gift Wrap hop. Make sure you stop by everyone's blogs to be inspired for holiday Gift Wrap Ideas . For this bloghop I have made this beautiful box for gifting a book using our yummy ribbons and my other Christmas goodies. 

For this blog hop - I decided to make my own Handmade box and decorate it all holiday inspired. 

I bought myself some half ornaments and tried to create a winter wonderland look in there. 

This is about 5 by 8 inches which is perfect for gifting a book to your loved ones. 

I am gifting this one to my husband on Christmas.

Christmas Crafting with ribbon - May Arts Post

Hello Friends ,

Welcome to the May Arts Ornaments hop. Make sure you stop by everyone's blogs to be inspired for holiday Ornaments. For this bloghop I have made this beautiful ornament using our yummy ribbons and my other Christmas goodies. 

I started with a bottle cap - huge size of course and painted it all white. After white wash I added our blue twine around the bottle cap and added of ric ribbons on the top. 

Inside I added loads of snow texture and mini crafty goodness. 

I popped with two bells in the end.

I hope you all liked this ornament.

Looped Flower and Butterfly Embellishments - May Arts Post

Shabby Cupcakes - A Mayarts post

I am today going to teach you all shabby yummy faux cupcakes. These cupcakes are too perfect to gift to someone who has a sweet tooth but just cant eat sweets because of health problems like my dad ;)

You can even use them to decorate a shabby chic themed party. I am going to use these along with  my puffy clouds  as party decor. 

They are super simple to make but if you are a minor please take help from elder while using glue gun.

Altered Notebooks - A MayArts Post

Hi Ladies,

I hope everyone is in great crafting mood as today we will be making a super beautiful and detailed mixed media project.  We will be working on an Altered Journal which was bought for a dollar and turn it into a piece of art using our wonderful ribbons. All the products used are mentioned below as well as in the video description for quick reference.  i simply adore our burlap ribbons. They add such a great dimension to all the mixed media projects I do.

Resin Macron Charms - A MayArts Post

Hi Ladies! Today I have another fun tutorial to share with all of you. I am going to be teaching you all how to make resin charms using resin and molds. It is super fun and addictive. I have made over 50 macaroons in a single day – it really gets to you. They are very cute and can be used at so so many places. I made a bunch of these and gifted to my friends at planner society. I have even used this as a charm for my new cell phone cover. I am pretty sure you all will love this.

Débutante Mosaics

Hello Readers,

Today I have another beautiful share for all of you which I did for Scraps for Elegance July kit.

These kits are so well put together and super gorgeous to make pretty stuff. I have made three mini canvases which can be assembled in different Mosaics. 

I have used a ton of Prima Marketing flowers and yes the collection which you see is débutante.

I hope all of you are doing well. 

Things have been crazy busy a my end. We are moving again and college is starting this Fall. the whole process of course selection and packing the house hardly leaves me with any time. 

I made this layout using Scraps of Elegance July kit keeping in mind the Prima BAP challenge for June.

For My project I have used very beautiful supplies from May Arts and amazing stamp from our partner company. I have layered a patterned paper with some of our banner strings and some natural twine behind the gorguss prima flower. I have stamped the background with the stamp which we ribbonistas got. To finish the look I have added some embossed chipboard pieces from Dusty Attic.

Together - Mothers Day Special

I decided to take part in Prima's BAP again this month. I have made a layout using the beautiful butterfly collection which was a part of April Scraps of elegance kit.
The collection was a perfect match for my mothers day layout - as my mother always taught me to be independent like a buttefly and fly high.
I was totally inspired by the mood board.

Moments - For you Mom Layout

This is my entry Prima's BAP challenge for April
I have used the Prima Butterfly collection which was a part of this months Scraps of Elegance April Kit. I am simply in love with all the beautiful papers and textures which this collection provides.
I was totally inspired by the Mood board and decided to give it a shot. Spring is coming to Chicago land and the mood colors are so refreshing.

The Prima Butterfly Collection Flowers Bulbe and Pupa were perfect to add on some cheesecloth to add more texture. 

I have used some tags from the collection and a dragin fly to complete the look.

I also have a video tutorial on how I made this wonderful Canvas.
This tutorial will show step by step on how this canvas was bought to life.
